We can ship to virtually any address in US & Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, on defective or damaged items only which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Only submit a RMA request if you meet one of the following criteria:

All returns and exchanges must be authorized through our RMA process. Orders shipped back to us without this will be returned to sender. If you wish to return or exchange unopened products, you can do so for up to 14 days (from delivery) for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, you will receive store credit. After 30 days, the products are nonrefundable. NABulous is not responsible for any shipping fees.

Defective Item If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must submit a RMA request from Contact Us widget on the website within 7 days of the delivery received date and provide a photo of the defective item and the packing slip. Manufacture defects Missing items from your order RMA request will be rejected if you do not meet the criteria above mentioned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@nabulous.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8891 W Flamingo Rd suite 101 Las Vegas Nevada 89147 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@nabulous.co.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nabulous.co..

Order delivery, processing, shipping & handling All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Estimated Delivery Dates For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email. Please track your shipments, as NABulous is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Standard orders Standard shipping on all US orders. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 2:00 pm PST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm PST will be processed on the next business day. All shipping rates are determined by courier. Order total amount is in US dollars, and international customers may have to pay exchange rate difference and customs fees.
